We have Wild Sea Bass being landed this week, which is quite an excitment for us - and we are offerig them in two ways:
1 either as a whole fish, approximately 900g, making them perfect for two people,
2, or as a single 400g fillet (from a larger sized fish), which again is good for 2 people.
These are static net-caught fish caught from Kernow Sashimi in Falmouth Bay - they would also make a good option to put in the freezer and have as a Christmas Treat.
