Meat & Fish this week
We have our Bocaddon Rosé Veal in this week - a really lovely mild alternative to mature beef,and we have a good range, from mince & sausages, through to diced & stir-fry strips.
At the stronger end of the scale, Nicola @ Beatbush has mutton this week - it has been intermittent this year, but is here if you want it.
We also have two boats out today, fishing purely for mackerel so this species will certainly be available - it goes really well with roasted rhubarb - why not try our rhubarb & mackerel recipe box?
