Cranberry Sauce: make your own, you must!

I did something for the first time yesterday: made my own cranberry sauce. It could not have been easier - brown sugar, oranges & cranberries, a splash of port or sherry, simmer for 10 mins, until the cranberries are soft, and the flavour was amazing.

SO much so that all our trimmings boxes are being adjusted to include the cranberry sauce recipe box, instead of a ready made jar of it.

Cranberry sauce goes well with any type of poultry or game - please do give it a go.
