First day of Spring & Lent, and we have some lovely additions to our seasonal range this week.!
Watercress returns again after its usual winter break - it will be in all of the non-organic boxes this week - why not try our Watercress Soup recipe box?
And we have the first Padron Peppers starting this week from the Isle of Wight.
We also have the first baby biodynamic Chinese Cabbages in this week, still very leafy and delicate - they are in pairs - a veg i think that is really nice early season (they can grow into whoppers cant they!).
Black Kale (Cavolo Nero) is finished now for the winter, but the Red & Green Curly are still available.
Squash is also tightening up, that is unlikely to last more than a few weeks, so dont miss out if you want some.
