Our range of veggies ( the leaf in particular) are holding up reasonably well through this cold snap - we have a crop of red butterhead lettuce in this week.
The forced rhubarb is in prime condition now - I think it has an amazing flavour - just chop it up, into a pan, splash of water or orange juice, some fancy spice (cardamon or nutmeg), maybe a bramley too (to give it bulk) cook for 15 mins with the lid on, and you have a wonderful compote that you can use as you want - don't miss out, it wont last much beyond this month.
Otherwise greens remain in good condition, in spite of the cold. we are now low on organic fruit - just the red gala remaining - this means we are pulling our Organic Fruit & Veg boxes (just the veg boxes now remain).
