Hand Carved Traditional Ham - £15 per kg.

Gillan at Dorset Farms, our Ham and Bacon producer, is testing out offering ham that is cut straight off the bone (and therefore cut by by hand).
The resulting ham will be thicker than what is cut by a machine, which will hopefully make for a juicier cut and because it is cut straight from the bone, it might even have an extra bit of flavour.
They are giving it a go and at £15, this is excellent value! So please do try it, and let us know what you think.....
