Brand Butter is the accompiament for a mince pie or Christmas pudding.  It's so easy to make.  Here is a simple recipe for a great tasting Barndy Butter.

Ingredients:

120 g unsalted butter
180 g sieved icing sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1-2 (or to taste) wine glasses brandy


Preparation:

Cream together the butter and the icing sugar.
Add lemon juice and brandy gradually.
Place in the refrigerator until needed.
Serve with Christmas pudding and mince pies.
