Chicken, Chilli & Corriander Burgers

A great way to use our Sutton Hoo chicken mince. Enough for 4-6 burgers.

Ingredients

500g Sutton Hoo Chicken Mince
2 Cloves Garlic
1 onion
1 red chilli
Bunch of Corriander
1 egg

Method

1. Put mince in a large mixing bowl and add finely chopped garlic, onion, chilli and corriander.

2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and add to the mince.

3. With your hands mix it all together.

4. Use roughly a handful and mold into your desired burger shape.

5. Cook on barbecue, under the grill or in a frying pan.
