Tamari is brewed without wheat making it an ideal alternative to soya sauce. Our organic tamari is brewed without wheat from Organic Fairtrade Soya beans in wooden barrels over a period of six months giving it a characteristic rich taste.

Soya Beans (43.5%), Water, Sea Salt, Alcohol (2.8%), Koji (Aspergillus Oryzae)
