All of our Pork comes from Andy Bates at Gill Wing Farm where they have introduced a Saddleback/Essex cross pig which they currently find a very successful breed.

They are a small farm based in the beautiful village of Eridge Green on the Kent/Sussex border and operate a mixed farming system of animals and vegetables

At Gill Wing they grow as much of the animal feed on the farm as they can and all of the animals are free range, roaming the land.
