Thursday Cottage puddings are nut free and suitable for vegetarians. The fruit is steeped in alcohol for at least a day before they are cooked, which adds a great deal to the overall flavour.

We recommend steaming the pudding for an hour and half before serving. This attractive boxed pudding makes a special gift.
