We have always had a fruitful relationship with the tomato. It was introduced to Europe in the 16th century and was first known as The Apple of Love.

Love...we love our tomatoes. Our tomato puree concentrate is pure unadulterated smack you in the chops intense tomato flavour.  We squish tomatoes, seive the pulp to get rid of all the seeds and skin. Then we simply evaporate the water to intensify the delicious flavour.
