The hills are alive…with Alara's classic Apple Bircher. Their recipe is adapted from the original recipe by Maximillian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss doctor and nutritionist. They’ve combined a selection of the ultimate organic and wheat free ingredients into their Bircher Muesli to create a nutritionally balanced recipe and a wonderfully versatile breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.

How we like it:

Muesli in a bowl with milk for breakfast, or a topping for a yoghurt breafast pot with fruit compote, honey and nuts.
