A multi-award winning organic cheese, washed in ale and with a touch of blue.




A soft, blue, organic cow’s cheese, delicately bathed in ale.

Rebel Nun is the sister cheese to Renegade Monk. More Penicillium Roquefortii is used in the recipe, resulting in a more pronounced mineral blue in the taste, with less of the rind-washed taste. 

Rebel Nun is generally perceived as being milder than Renegade Monk – although, with the increased in the quantity of blue culture, this is something of a moot point.
