Mutton is cheaper than lamb but much more flavoursome. Cut from barren ewes, Kimbers' mutton is matured for 2-3 years, making it tender and rich.

Mutton Necks are useful for stews and the like. The meat is fairly dark and flavorful, and there is little fat.
