A family run farm producing quail eggs from birds raised on the farm and, from hatching, fed on non-GM, drug-free food. These eggs are lovely hard boiled (3-4 minutes) and added to salad or pasta. The kids like them as part of a full English breakfast - 2 little eggs being much cuter than 1 bigger egg.
