The traditional crusty white french stick. Made using a sourdough method with a little yeast. Our baguettes are baked with a good crust, we believe this gives a the maximum flavour.
How we like it:
A lovely compliment to any soup dish, cut into ovals and dipped inside soup.
Ingredients: Strong white flour, a hint of rye flour, Water, a little yeast, sourdough starter, salt.
