Three Choirs Classic Cuvee is a traditionally-made sparkling wine of very high quality.
A delicious silver colour that gives a pin head sparkle following lees ageing in bottle. A delicious dry and biscuit character with a
twist of orchid fruits make for an enjoyable glass of quality sparkling wine.
Dry and subtle it is very similar to a good champagne but at a fraction of the price!
GRAPE VARIETY: Seyval Blanc 80% Pinot Noir 20%
