A super light taramasalata, in both appearance and taste. Made using Pinney’s of Orford cods’ roe and our home-made bread. It has the perfect balance of roe and lemon, creating a delicate taste. Great on some toasted wholemeal bread!
Ingredients
Oils (Rapeseed, Extra Virgin Olive), Water, Smoked Cod's Roe 13% (Salt, Oak Smoke), Bread (Strong White Flour, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Salt, Yeast), Lemon Zest & Juice, Garlic, Sea Salt, Crushed Black Pepper.
Notes: Contains fish, wheat and gluten. Not suitable for vegetarians. Stir well before use.
