Tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours and it features a high Free Range egg content (30%).They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it can be paired with all kinds of sauces. Suitable for freezing.

Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
Cooking Instructions

Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta).

Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta.

Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
