Mutton is cheaper than lamb but much more flavoursome. Cut from barren ewes, Kimbers' mutton is matured for 2-3 years, making it tender and rich.

Great roasted whole, or boned and barbecued. Like a shoulder, mutton leg can also be slow-roasted for hours until it becomes really tender and the meat falls apart.
