Celtic Bakers Hot Cross Buns are a delicious blend of soft, fluffy dough, sweet currants, and a hint of warm cinnamon. Finished with a traditional cross on top, they’re perfect warmed in the oven or toasted with butter. 
 
 
Ingredients

Wheat Flour (fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, folic acid, thiamine), Whole Milk, Sugar, Water, Mixed Peel (1.8%) (Orange peel, Sugar, Glucose-frutose Syrup, Lemon peel, Citric acid), Raisins (Sunflower Oil), Butter (Milk), Currants (Sunflower Oil), Flour Softener [Wheat Flour (with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine), Enzyme (Wheat), Ascorbic Acid], Whole Egg, Yeast, Rapeseed oil, Mixed Spices (<1%) (Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Fennel, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cardamon), Salt.
