Kimbers' streaky bacon is naturally oak smoked which, combined with the natural sweetness of the Gloucester Old Spot pig, creates a beautiful flavour.

The Butcher: this streaky bacon from our Old Spot’s is thinly cut and has beautiful veins of fat running through it, along with a generous rind, plus that delicious smokey flavour.
In The Kitchen: Use oak smoked streaky for quiches, or add extra flavour to pasta dishes.
