Also known as cube steak, minute steak gets it’s name due to how quickly it can be cooked. They are mostly used for creating a delicious steak sandwich.

The Butcher: Different butchers tend to have slightly different definitions of what exactly this cut is. Here at Kimbers’ our butcher cuts from the prime topside, therefore there is no need to tenderise before cooking.
In The Kitchen: Cooking a minute steak couldn’t be easier - season and oil on both sides, add to a griddle pan and cook to your desired level. Add to a crunchy baguette with a nice dollop of mustard.
