Obsessed with the craft of baking from an early age, I left the green meadows of my native Denmark to train with a Parisian master patissier, then started Honeyrose Bakery in London nearly 20 years ago. Here, we bake by hand in small batches using nature's fine organic ingredients - just like my mother taught me, and how I now teach my own children.
