This tasty mutton mince is versatile enough to be used in shephered's pie, moussaka and lamb kofta kebabs.
Mutton is cheaper than lamb but much more flavoursome. Cut from barren ewes, Kimbers's mutton is matured for 2-3 years, making it tender and rich.
