This whole leg of mutton is perfect for marinating in lemon, capers, garlic and slowly roasted. It also makes a tasty dish when accompanied with crusty bread.

Great roasted whole, or boned and barbecued. Like a shoulder, mutton leg can also be slow-roasted for hours until it becomes really tender and the meat falls apart.
