The Catch recipe for a traditional fishcake; loaded with plenty of market fresh white fish, rustic potato and just the right amount of seasoning. Simple and classic. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

Cooked white fish (37%), cooked potatoes, egg,sunflower oil, spring onion (6%), breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, lemon juice, parsley, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], lemon zest, sunflower oil, seasoning
