Any joint on the bone offers extra flavour, and this shoulder of goat is no different. The rich, lean meat is a great alternative for a Sunday roast.
Cut up into large chunks it is easy for braising or casseroles and because you get the whole shoulder, you get the full flvavour.

In The Kitchen: Try cooking with Fussel's garlic oil, rosemary and garlic, and serve with traditional roasted vegetables or something a bit more exotic.
