Made with ground chickpeas, herbs and spices it is a simple yet delicious food that can be enjoyed as a snack or part of a main meal. Falafel can be shaped as nuggets, burgers or patties. Serve Falafel nuggets in warm pitta bread, stuffed with salad and topped with houmous, tahini or mayonnaise. Why not try Falafel patties served on a bed of salad leaves and drizzled with your favourite dressing.
