Made with apples and natural bee's honey, this cloudy vinegar is rich and balanced. Elevate sparkling water with a generous splash. Or mix in hot water with a squeeze of lemon. Drizzle over roasted tomatoes for a burst of flavour. Sprinkle over salads as an instant dressing.
This raw vinegar’s unfiltered, unpasturised and complete with the mother; the naturally occurring bacteria occurring during fermentation.
Dilute to drink: stir 4 capfuls in 300ml water
