Made in our London pastificio, it is ready to be used immediately – just melt it in a pan and incorporate it into your fresh pasta for an easy and delicious meal! Chilli Butter pairs well with all kinds of pasta, especially filled Tortelloni and Ravioli.
Place the Butter into a frying pan on low heat and gently melt. Drain your pasta from the saucepan and combine, making sure some of the starchy pasta water makes it into the melted butter. Stir carefully until all the pasta is well coated.
