Tiptree Crab Apple Jelly
From Wilkin & Son, Tiptree, Essex.
Golden harvest crab apples are brought to the boil and simmered gently to extract the full flavour and colour from the apples.
The juice and fruit are then transferred into our fruit press and squeezed slowly to release the full flavour.
