When to Sow Cerinthe Purpurescens Seeds

Late March to May

Where to Sow

In pots or trays under cover at 18°C, or later sowings can be made direct into the flowering site. The flowering site should ideally be in full sun.

What to do Next

Prick off seedlings when large enough to handle into pots or trays, grow on, harden off before planting out late May. Thin out direct sown seedlings to avoid over crowding.
