A beautifully made plant support, handcrafted in West Sussex using traditional materials and techniques.

Each teepee is made by hand by local maker Karen Kelsey in Pulborough, using strong British chestnut stakes bound with freshly woven willow. The chestnut provides long-lasting structure, while the willow is wrapped in a generous spiral that climbing plants can naturally grip and wind around as they grow.

Standing at approximately 2 metres tall (including a 20cm pointed end for firm anchoring in the soil) and around 55cm in diameter at the base, the teepee offers plenty of height and stability without feeling bulky. It works just as well in a vegetable patch as it does in a border, and looks handsome even when left bare over winter.

Ideal for sweet peas, clematis, runner beans, climbing nasturtiums and other scrambling plants, this is a practical garden structure that also adds quiet structure and rhythm to the space.

Made entirely from natural materials, it will weather gently over time, blending into the garden rather than competing with it.
