1 x Maris Piper Potatoes (750g)
1 x Leeks (400g, £3.63/Kg)
1 x Brown Onions (125g)
1 x Suffolk Carrots, washed (250g)
You will need to provide:
65g butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Garlic Clove x 6
You might like to add on:
Some Crusty Bread & Butter, and perhaps some Creme Fraiche
