How we like it:
Why not try to make Greek Spanakopita, a lovely recipe containing annual spinach and Feta cheese, wrapped with filo, and covered with lashings of butter, baked in the oven to form a lovely crisp crust.
Also a lovely compliment to fish, sauted in just olive oil and garlic
