The Butcher: With good marbling and connective tissue, this meat will offer great tenderness when cooked slowly. We provide generous cuts for a good, hearty stew.
In The Kitchen: As the name suggests, this steak can be cooked slowly in a casserole, or even in a pan on the top of the oven with a selection of root vegetables and a splash of wine. Serve with potatoes of your choice.
