Our best seller from Cornish Charcuterie! The unique recipe of our Seaweed & Cider Salami was created to evoke the flavours of Cornwall.  

Our salami is made to an Italian recipe. The meat is enhanced with hand-foraged Sea Spaghetti by the Cornish Seaweed Company and our own cider. The sausages are then left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size.

Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.

Our salami sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of five weeks.

INGREDIENTS: Pork (144%), Spices, Curing Salt (Salt 99%, Preservative: E250), Cider (Sulphites) (1.7%), Spices, Spaghetti Seaweed 0.8%, Dextrose, Starter Culture (Lactobacillus Sakei, Pediococcus Acidilactci, Staphylococcus Carnosus).
