How our skilful artisans can transform the simplest product into a new succulent delicacy. Each rollatina (literally “small roll”) is prepared with a thin sheet of fior di latte covered with a layer of the most unexpected ingredients, and then rolled into a succulent tubular shape. Slice it and serve it to your guests: it will make even the most delicate palates swoon. Try it with tomato and basil; or bresaola and rocket salad; or smoked salmon. Or even better…… We will prepare a fior di latte sheet and you can let your own epicurean sense go wild on filling. And don’t forget to send us your own recipes! Remember: inspiration is the source of evolution.
