From White Lake Cheeses, Higher Bagborough Farm, Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
This is a raw milk goat’s cheese made using natural rennet, matured for around 2 months and washed in Somerset Cider Brandy.
Katherine is firmer in texture than its cousin Rachel, with more complex savoury flavours.
Made with raw milk and animal rennet.
