We are usually offering mutton through the start of the year, but this year we have none. The reason is that all of Beatbush's sheep are carrying lambs which is great news for them. if any sheep do miscarry, or lose their lambs at birth, then mutton might become available. But they haven't started lambing yet, and so that means no mutton.
A good alternative, and stunning value, is the minced and diced venison.
