We are very excited to start offering a pair of organic gluten free breads this week, in large part because they are coming out of a new bakery in Islington, run by Local Resi's Tara Taylor & Micah Berek.
They have an organic certified bakery off the Hornsey Road, and have spent many months working on recipes to produce gluten free breads that are a, vegan, b, organic certified, c, free of synthetic ingredients.
They have done it, they think they therefore have a unique product and they and us are very much hoping that it will be popular, so we would love you to try it out and let us know what you think.
And for this week and next, we are taking 50p off their two loaves (a white sandwich loaf & a seeded loaf) to give you a nudge to try them out - they are delicious!
