An often overlooked delicacy, the young nettle leaves don't sting, but add a rich yet delicate flavour to soups, pasta and rice dishes.
Nettle contains vitamins C, B2 and K, beta-carotene, Ca, Mg, Fe and Si salts, phosphates etc. Because of these compounds, the plant has anti-anemic, anti-diabetic, haemostatic and diuretic properties. Make them into Tea to feel the full benefit.
