Orecchiette is a kind of home-made pasta typical of Puglia. Its name comes from its peculiar shape as it reminds of a small ear. La Tua Pasta orecchiette are made only with premium Italian durum wheat flour and is suitable for Vegans. Because it’s fresh, it cooks in less than 5 minutes! This authentic Southern style pasta shape it traditionally served with a variety of sauces: broccoli and potatoes or sausage, vegetable or meat sauces or simple tomato-based sauces sprinkled with Pecorino. Cooking Instructions

  1. Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water;
  2. Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
