These noodles are the same as wonton noodles, except they are flatter and broader and dry

First simmer the noodles in boiling water for approximately 3-5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. They are now ready for use in either soup stock with vegetables, meat and Chinese dumplings or for frying.
