Biona create pasta of exceptional quality and taste using only 100% organic durum Wheat Semolina and Moutan Water. Biona pasta is bronze extruded which means that traditional bonze dices are using to create the shapes, giving it a slightly rougher surface which binds the sauce more naturally and follows the princles of traditional Italian pasta production. Enjoy "al dente" with Biona pesto and pasta sauces
Cooking Instructions
Place pasta in a large pan of boiling water (1 litre for 100g of pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 11mins, stir from time to time. Strain and serve with biona organic pasta sauces.
