Kimbers' lambs are home grown from our mixed breed flock and also from other local farms within the Blackmore Vale.

Lambs are left with their mothers until they naturally wean themselves to keep life stress free. Local pastures consist of native grass, clovers and herbs, including chicory, which has a long tap root pulling nutrients and minerals from deep within the soil.

Lambs are allowed to grow slowly as nature intended, giving the lamb a naturally sweeter flavour. The abattoir they use is just two miles from the farm, ensuring minimum stress..
