Any joint on the bone offers extra flavour, and this shoulder of goat is no different. The rich, lean meat is a great alternative for a Sunday roast.

Serves: Up to 4 people


The Butcher: Dry aged for 14 days, our kid goat is succulent and soft with intense flavour when left on the bone, a delicious low fat alternative to lamb or mutton.

In The Kitchen: Try cooking with Fussel's garlic oil, rosemary and garlic, and serve with traditional roasted vegetables or something a bit more exotic.
