Recommended Use

    Frying pan:
    Each piece just for a few seconds on each side.

    Oven:
        Preheat at 200c, covered for 1 minute.

    Microwave:
        At 750w, covered for 10 sec each wrap, or 6 wraps, covered, for 1 minut.
